The challenge: how do you service and normalize that much inventory in a scalable, repeatable way?
Punch became 2020 Onsite’s design and engineering partner, building a custom Shopify theme and a private app that read inventory from their servers, analyzed it against quality metrics, flagged problems for procurement, mirrored approved changes back, and monitored the catalogue continuously — turning Shopify’s UI into a control dashboard for their team.
