Enterprise software for the smart grid.

Dispatchr is the world’s most sophisticated grid-resilience software — predictive analytics, mobile fleet management, and integrated weather, vegetation, and grid-impact analysis for the electric utility industry.

The big electric companies faced a hard problem: how do you optimize a fleet across a huge geographic region? The smart grid sent troves of data, but the tools to act on it were stuck in the past — resource allocation by spreadsheet, unconnected data sources, and costly human error across tens of thousands of square miles.

Punch served as Dispatchr’s UI, UX, and engineering partner — researching, designing, coding, and launching a large-scale redesign of their flagship product around five pillars: Prioritize, Schedule, Dispatch, Route, and Monitor.
